Times Square

Our hotel was walking distance from Times Square. We spent a good amount of time and money there! We made some great deals ! Our first Coach purchase was in a dark corner with a questionable salesperson. Oh, and the suitcase deal...Sherrie kissed a luggage salesman in order to get a good price on a suitcase (okay so he kissed her, and I believe I saw her throw up a little in her mouth afterwards). We got some great souvenirs in times square. (Just wish I coulda brought Nick the doorman home as a souvenir. I could really use a doorman at my house!)

As for the TKTS line. Not sure if that was worth it. We did score awesome Mamma Mia tickets for a steal...but when we tried to get Phantom tickets we stood in line for hours in the rain only to find out that the only tickets they had were single seats and we would have to sit with strangers. Thanks, but no thanks.

Native New Yorkers! Hot Mama's With Metrocards!

By our last day there we had the Subway system figured out. Now I wanna hurry back before I forget it! ;) The people watching on the New York Subway is first class. Take for instance three crazy ladies taking pictures of each other while swiping Metrocards and going through turnstiles. Who would do that? Ummm, don't answer that!

Cold Stone "Make-ery" Field Trip

Zach and I went on a field trip to Coldstone Creamery with Ms. Beckies preschool. Zach had trouble remembering the word Creamery, so he kept calling the "The Make-ery". We got a fun tour and got to make ice cream on the cold stone. YuM yUm! Zane and Olivia were so jealous they couldn't go!

We had a great Easter! Thanks for a fun Easter dinner Harbertson Family! We had a great time!
And thanks for the cute pictures of Jacob, Alex. You are such a good photographer! Just wish I had you take some of Zach. There is always next year ;)

Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss!

Zach's preschool had the most fun day to celebrate Dr. Seuss' birthday! They went all out, and it turned out soooo darling! I feel so blessed that Zach was able to participate in Ms. Beckies preschool! She has made this year so super special! AND...we got to bring Freddy the Frog with us!

BTW...after seeing some of Zach's fun things from this day, Olivia has decided to do her BIG Language Arts project on Dr. Seuss.
